evilpretty is a new groove-oriented original hard rock band hailing from Daytona Beach, Florida, keeping it original, simple, heavy, lyrical, and unique - evilpretty strives to create original hard hitting music for the thirsty ear.
"You Are You" is the first release from the all-original band evilpretty, recorded at Jay Stanley Productions in Orlando, Florida. Jay Stanley is known as a successful songwriter, engineer and producer, both for bands such as Tabatha's Secret and Matchbox20, as well as Creed, Sevendust, and more. Jay's experience and knowledge lent greatly to the recording, as well as evilpretty's vision for this album. evilpretty has also had song's from this album played on both local and national radio, including WHOG as well as WJRR and the Lex & Terry Show with positive response. The CD “You Are You” is now available on iTunes, Napster, Amazon, CDBaby.com, as well as Rhapsody.
evilpretty has also had several big accomplishments for their short time together, including winning the Daytona's Got Talent Battle of the Bands in February 2009, as well as overall winner out of 300+ band entries of the National Guard/Dale Earnhardt Jr Battle of the Bands in July 2009. evilpretty has also opened for several national acts, and have many future gig's booked throughout the end of the year.
